Auspex Piping System

Here at mark above we are always looking for ways to be innovative and pursue Excellence. We believe in looking for the best products, and doing our homework on products that we use, to ensure our clients get the best possible outcomes. This is part of our promise to be a ‘mark above’ the rest. This is why we have chosen to use the Auspex piping system when undertaking new builds or renovations. This blog outlines how the use of Auspex products gives us an opportunity to deliver the excellence for your project.

While Auspex has been on the Australian market for 25 years, it took a little while longer to cross the ditch here to New Zealand- but has been well established here now for over 10 years. Reece has been supporting and selling some Auspex products since 1997.

Doesn’t matter what pipe we uncover when we come to your renovation or maintenance issue, because with the Auspex adaptor we know we can connect auspex to any PeX/PolyBute/Copper system in NZ.

Unlike many competitors the Auspex coloured pipe products (available in red (hot water), purple (reclaimed water) and green (rainwater) have been tested individually and have their own certification.

Furthermore, the black Auspex pipe is UV stable. This means if it is in a position where it is exposed to the elements, your quality of water is not compromised, and you have much less chance of deterioration with exposure to sunlight. This should give you peace of mind as it minimises the likelihood of maintenance call backs in the future.

The Auspex pipe out-performs most its competitors when it comes to flow rate- which means a smaller diameter pipe can be used, making the job more cost effective without impacting on your flow rate. For example, you do not have to upsize to 25mm at 20mm size like SDR 7.4 pipes do.

With all pipe manufactured in Melbourne, accessing stock is not an issue, and we are not subject to the same supply chain issues and delays that products made further abroad can be challenged by. It also means pricing can be far more competitive as not as much profit is lost to costly logistics. Stocks are held at every Reece branch as well as back up stock held at Reliance Worldwide Corporation (RWC) in Auckland. Further back up stocks held at Reece NDC in Australia and RWC Australia.

Auspex provide an extensive and detailed system warranty. Auspex products have all the approval requirements as stipulated by the governing bodies in New Zealand, such as those outlined in the G 12 document.

Being a mark above requires research and informed decision making. We won’t just settle for the status quo when we know there is better out there! When it comes to both cost and performance Auspex provides us with the opportunity to deliver more for less. Don’t compromise on quality or excellence- trust mark above to deliver a superior result for you.
